PCS is excited to announce the opening of our new apartment complex, Keystone Place, for Buchanan County residents with developmental disabilities. This new 14 single-bedroom unit complex is located at 3812 Pickett Road, just east of US Bank at the intersection of Belt Highway and Pickett Road. The building incorporates green features such as geothermal ground source heating and solar water heating.

The waitlist for Keystone Place was open on July 1, 2011. To qualify for an apartment, applicants must be deemed eligible for services from the Albany Regional Office of Department of Mental Health and meet the low income HUD requirements. Applicants must also pass a drug and criminal background screening.

This very low income 14-unit building will have the following accommodations:
