HB 10, Section 10.410, Support the House Position
– 1.9% DD Community Provider Rate Restoration
Please take the time to email and call the Budget Conference
Committee members (shown below) to ask for their support
in maintaining the House Position on HB 10, Section 10.410
– 1.9% DD Community Provider Rate Restoration. It
will be beneficial to get your Board members involved on
this action alert also. Make sure your message is brief
while explaining that the 2% that DD Community Providers
were cut last year was taken from items such as staff benefits,
and it's becoming increasingly difficult to absorb these
cuts without affecting the quality of services. The 1.9%
restoration is essential to maintaining direct care staff
and quality services for people with developmental disabilities.
Please support the House Position on HB 10 – 1.9%
DD Community Provider Rate Restoration!
