The Maples is a new apartment complex for developmentally disabled adults. The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds and subsidizes The Maples and provides each tenant with income based rent. This subsidy provides low income individuals with affordable housing.

The Maples is a secure environment for Developmentally Disabled individuals with a desire to become more independent and responsible.
